I am also an avid fitness enthusiast who loves to explore different ways of staying active and healthy. I enjoy travelling, playing the piano, Singing, baking and growing my own organic veggie garden. During my time in medical school, I was intrigued by the incredible potential of our bodies and became drawn towards a preventive approach to healthcare.
